This is my first coil for my keyboard, new to the mechanical keyboard scene. I don't know a whole lot about them yet. From the first feel and look of the cable, it's pretty solid. It connects well. No issues whatsoever so far, I only owned it going on two months now. It works. Only a small wish is to have more color choices and a 90-degree C-type version option. Maybe a shorter tip.The quality on this product is quite simply put, amazing. I really needed a custom cable for my mechanical keyboard and I was willing to spend a bit more on it, and it was totally worth it. The metal feels premium and the cloth used is also of great quality. The cable that came with my Razer TKL keyboard was kind of ugly so I wanted something more aesthetically pleasing for my setup. These coiled cables have been making a lot of trends on social media so I wanted one for myself and the brand-name ones were pretty expensive. So far, the cable lights up my keyboard and the responsiveness has been on point. The cable does not feel very pleasing. It feels like plastic mesh, almost like a fishing net. Was expecting more of a paracord kind of feel.In addition the cable is very short. I do not have a ruler nearby, but I was unable to connect the cable to my keyboard on my desk and to the custom PC tower stored on the floor. This is not made long enough for those that do not keep their computers on their desk. It seems more suited for the folks that perhaps use a laptop on a dock which is positioned on top of the desk near the keyboard. You could uncoil part of the cable to gain some length, however this is not easily done. The cable is not easily moldable (doesn't change shape well) due to the material it is made out of.I needed a new cable to match my keyboard and this had the shade of blue I liked. The coil cable also just looks nice.Update : The connector on the coil started heating up and blew my keyboard socket. Bought 2 and both of them are low quality.Got this for my desk setup as I often switch keyboards around and my old keyboard cable had tons of slack that generally looked pretty ugly. The CUSTOMIZATIONS cable here does the job just fine for most keyboards, the connector is solid and hasn't had any dropouts on my USB-C keyboards. However, it is worth mentioning that the USB-C housing isn't the thinnest on the market and didn't fit my Cherry MX branded keyboards and had to use the included cables on that - somewhat of a shame.Overall, if you have a keyboard with a USB-C that doesn't have any depth to it, meaning no restrictions - then you should be fine and found that the braiding is of good quality at this price.I've seen this type of cable on many "battlestation" setups and always liked the look, so when I saw that this cable was available on Vine, I ordered it right away. Just to be clear, this cable is purely for aesthetic purposes - there's no additional functionality or any other benefit that I can find to using this type of cable over any generic USB C cable. The detachable aviator connector is cool, I guess, and I suppose you could buy aviator connectors with different ports at the end (I've seen Lightning connectors, for example), but this isn't really a huge benefit to me: if I need to connect multiple devices, I'll just use a second cable. Maybe that's a useful feature to some people, but it's not something that I'm going to plan on using. With that in mind, I'm quite happy with this cable. Generally, it feels pretty well-constructed, though the metal connectors feel a little cheap - likely because they're made out of aluminum rather than another material. That said, I do like the unibody construction of the USB C port, and it does generally feel more sturdy than a generic USB C cable. Unlike one of the highly voted reviews, I haven't had any issues with the connector overheating despite being plugged in and powered all of the time. The USB C connector itself is quite long, and I didn't have any issues connecting it to my keyboard that has a pretty difficult-to-reach USB C port. The cord itself is decent quality, from my perspective. The cable braiding is nice though, as other reviewers have mentioned, it's relatively stiff and inflexible. My keyboard stays put so I personally don't care about this, but if you were hoping for a more flexible, less rigid cable, you may want to look elsewhere. The coil is nice and tight, and the USB A end of the cable is long enough to get to wherever your USB port happens to be.For me, I'm perfectly happy with this cable, and I'm probably going to buy a second for my setup at home. I haven't had any issues with the cable since I started using it, I think it looks great, and the quality is "good enough" for my purposes. This is the first "custom" cable that I've bought so I don't have any basis for comparison, but the cable performs as I would expect and I have no significant complaints other than, perhaps, the braiding material being a bit more flexible. Highly recommended!Me gusta la calidad del cable y como se ve en el teclado, a pesar de ser algo corto, me gusto mucho
