You can remap keys on up to 4 layers on the Main page, or design light effects, macros, and doodles to be displayed on the mini TV. Remapping Keys on 3 layers and the FN layer Creat Macros and Remap Ever needs to be quicker in combat but feels your hand can't move fast enough? Macros are great helpers for that, as you can design strings of keys and shortcuts to be activated by pressing only the designated trigger key. And not only for gaming, macros and remaps can also be used for office jobs, where you can create your own FN+ shortcut to copy, paste, open up calculator, or substitue the function of your mouse. Sketchpad and More Display Setting TH80-X is your canvas to showcase your personality. The Sketchpad sub-page is where you get to doodle and paint digital art pieces or animate gifs. Cool or adorable, whatever themes you strive for, it can be uploaded to the screen for companionship and decoration. The page is also the main desktop for adjusting other info on the screen, such as sync times and dates. Why can't I use the TH80-X wirelessly? 1) Switch on the battery (ON/OFF switch). 2) Press FN+1/2/3/4 until the flashing accelerates from slow to fast. 3) Connect the 2.4G receiver or connect it via Bluetooth. Which switch sounds best? Which switch is good for playing? Which one is the quietest? All four switches are linear and relatively quiet. For office work and writers, we recommend the Flamingo Switch for fast typing. But Wisteria and Gateron Switch are better for gaming. Does the TH80-X have a 4000mAh or 8000mAh battery? How can I extend the life of the keyboard? The TH80-X has a 4000mAh battery. To extend its life, make sure that you do NOT charge it with a fast charger and that the maximum current is less than 1A. How can I fix the problem if one of the keys no longer works properly? 1) Try resetting the keyboard with FN+ESC. 2) Try assigning a different switch to the key in question (replacement key or swap with other keys for testing). 3) Check whether removing the key cap helps. I recently got my hands on this keyboard and let me tell you, I am IMPRESSED. Initially, I hesitated buying this keyboard because of the reviews. If you are hesitating like I did, you won’t regret it. I rarely write reviews, however, this deserves another 5-star review from me.First thing that caught my eye was the hot swappable feature. As you can see, I have replaced the caps on the keyboard and it was pretty easy to install for someone who has never done it. The keyboard comes with a key switch puller/cap remover which was something I was worried it wouldn’t come with. I switched the switches to the Epomaker budgerigar switches. I had no problem with the flamingo switches at all, as they sound similar to the budgerigar switches in my opinion, except the budgerigar is a little deeper in sound. Anyways, I digress. The customization process was smooth and hassle-free. The typing experience is excellent. The keyboard itself can be adjusted to be slightly elevated for better comfort while typing. This includes for long periods of time.The gif screen is what drove me to buy this keyboard. The screen adds a touch of personality to the keyboard and allows you to display some nice gifs. Although, I had a little trouble figuring out how to customize the screen but I eventually figured out it out.There are two modes you can use it in: wired and wireless. Nice quality keyboard. Totally worth the money. And very functional. I recommend this keyboard to those who want to customize and add personality to their setups!
