Lighting effects usually dont do anything for me except for display purposes. I just stick to static white lighting for consistency in visibility.Bluetooth connectivity is not too bad but i don't like having to wake up the keyboard with a button press after it goes to sleep after inactivity. It's a minor inconvenience that can be annoying when typing after a break. Also annoying is not being able to wake computer from sleep with key press. I use this on a full desktop anyway so i just got it wired to avoid the bluetooth annoyance. The included USB cable is too short so i had to find a longer one (around 6 ft in length) with the similar 90 degree connectionStill not sure if its bluetooth connectivity is negatively affecting responsiveness in gaming. There are times i think it does, but sometimes i think it's just some placebo effect in my mind. I'll need more time with the bluetooth to be sure.I got used to using full sized keyboards with a "righ click" button where the FN button is on this one. I understand that this is designed with media controls and other controls for the F1=F12 keys but an FN button on a full size keyboard just feels weird. I would be fine with it if for a smaller keyboard or laptop. This comes with key puller and switch puller and i see screws on top surface when removing the keys so customizability in the future should be good. The red switches i have are good for now.TLDR:Amazing keyboard with incredibly useful functionality (Bluetooth --> wired switch). It feels somewhat cheap (plastic base, not aluminum, keycaps, switches) but you can't have it all for ~$100. As far as I can tell, it's the best Bluetooth/wired mechanical keyboard on the market. Why I bought it:I bought the Keycheron K10 after returning the Logitech G915. I was looking for a wireless (and wired) keyboard to use on both my work laptop and gaming PC (both sit on the same desk and use the same monitor (I switch the inputs as needed)) and I was tired of unplugging/plugging in my keyboard day after day.Likes:- RGB lighting effects are better than expected (I'm use to customizing whatever I want in ICUE).- There are 2 switches on the side of the keyboard, one for mac/windows and one Bluetooth/wired/off. This makes it super easy to switch from my work (Bluetooth) to my gaming PC (wired). I love this feature and it's exactly what I was looking for. Since it's Bluetooth, it makes it easier to lounge around while at work and still be working and plugged in and inches away from the screen when gaming.- Satisfying (mostly quiet) typing experience.- Bluetooth was easy to set up and use (you'll have to read the instructions to figure it out)Dislikes (please note, I still gave 5 stars - I love this keyboard)- Switches are not as good as Cherry browns but still feel nice. Since the keyboard is hot swappable, I may buy the Cherry brown switches and put them in (still cheaper than the G915).- Keycaps fell a bit cheap but again, those are replaceable.- No software to customize lighting or keystrokes (I downloaded AHK (auto hot key) to change keystrokes) - the print screen button doesn't say print screen, it's an icon that I wasn't familiar with so I had to do some googling to figure that out. (then reprogramed with AHK)- I prefer a full keyboard with extra media keys (like give me as 150% keyboard and I'm happy) The FN Keys overlap with media controls and brightness for the keyboard/screen.This keyboard is excellent for its price. The build is good, and the feel of the keys is also better than most mechanical keyboards I have tried. My only complaint is the Bluetooth connectivity, as it drops occasionally or you get random keypresses. All is fixed if you use it in wired mode. This is so far the best in the market, I needed a KB that is very similar to classical IBM keyboards but supports Bluetooth, I test multiple ones, and so far this one is the best. But there are a few annoying things that can be mostly fixed by a software update1. The Bluetooth timeout is annoying, there should be a power-saving mode that doesn't disconnect the KB so often, for this KB it's either always on or it will turn off every about 10 min of being idle.the reconnecting time is not great either, it will take about 3-5 seconds to reconnect, if you are while this might seem reasonable, it is really annoying, even my cheap Logitech mouse can do a better job handling Bluetooth connects.2. when it runs out of battery it just shuts off without prior notice, power management for this KB shall be reworked, at least they can make one of the function buttons blink rapidly when its below 10% or so, or they can turn off all lights leaving one on when it's below 5%, they can be smart about it.3. when it's connected to devices it doesn't provide current battery readings to the device it's connected to, I tried this on Windows and on Android, and neither OS was able to read its battery, though this is claimed to have 5.1 bt chip, so it should be able to do more.4. it doesn't come with software to customize some of the function keysI don't play games, but I use this for programming, if they fix 1-3 I will revisit this and give it a 5 stars.Nonetheless I am happy with this KBIt was for my mother, and she loves it!!!!!!The keyboard feels great, however bluetooth keeps disconnecting at least once a week.I love the quality and features of this keyboard! Good price for the feature set. It would be nice to have more digital feedback info on the battery, like the percentage charge, etc.I am new to mechanical keyboards, and the K10 is my 2nd one after the Logitech 845. Put foam/O-rings on it and it sounded better. I got the K10 yesterday and it is so much quieter out of the box. I ordered a 2nd K10 today. i am going swap to silent switches and its going to the office!
